Faith-Based Equine Assisted Philosophy Association is founded by Elaine Averill of Unbridled Faith Farm in December of 2012.

The Association is headquartered in St. Louis Park, Minnesota, out of the Law Offices of Jenn Urban, Urban Law Group.
